As Director of residential sales and leasing at Buck & Associates, Inc. since 1996, Steve Klintberg has assisted numerous buyers, sellers, tenants and investors with all of their real estate needs. In his role as Sales Manager, Steve reviews and helps negotiate hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions annually for his clients, as well as the clients of the Buck & Associates’ sales staff. During his tenure as Sales Manager, Buck & Associates has grown to be recognized as one of the premier private Realty firms serving the Virginia and District of Columbia markets.

 

Steve is a Lifetime Member of the prestigious Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and a consistent “Top Producer” award winner of the Board of Realtors.

 

Steve believes that continuing education is one of the keys to success as a Realtor in today’s fast moving marketplace. Steve is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation given by the National Association of Realtors that is held by fewer than 3% of all Realtors nationwide. In order to become a CRS, you must demonstrate the required amount of experience and sales volume, as well as complete all necessary extended education. Additionally, in 2005, he completed the advanced studies required by the National Association of Realtors to be awarded the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. With over 28 years of experience in the real estate profession, he continues to update his skills in sales, marketing, and management to further his success in the business.

 

Moving to Buck & Associates in 1996 after many years with large national companies, Steve finds the ability to instantly make decisions that are in the best interest of the client is a key advantage to working with a quality regional firm.

 

As a resident of Arlington since 1973, Steve has extensive knowledge of the local marketplace and a longstanding commitment to his community. He is longtime member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and a past president of his local citizens’ association. Steve is married and the father of two sons. When his children were younger, he also participated on the board of the PTA and pool association, as well as coached local youth soccer teams. He and his wife, Tricia, enjoy the many activities of the Washington, DC metro area and are avid boaters on the Chesapeake Bay.
